Which is probably an application for ip-mobility agents and not BGP. Boeing's (now) historical implementation should be looked at as a generally bad idea and one can only imagine what it would have looked like if some large fraction of the 20,000 or so commercial aviation aircraft that would have been good candidates for it had been so equipped.
