I said so in the beginning: if the focus is on "anycast", I'll happy to support the proposal. As nobody is able to define what "criticial infrastructure" might be, something more specific would be useful. Like: - Anycast deployment - multiple distributed servers bring benefits for the whole community - due to protocol limitations this cannot be done using other approaches (like "put up 100 servers at various ISP networks, using PA space from those ISPs") or something like this.
