Hi Roque, This is something that never is defined by the policies. It is up to the board to decide and I'm fine with board decisions on this. If you don't, they you should make sure to select a different board composition next time :-). let's see. ula-c should be assigned and tracked by rirs. they should have whois and in-addr.arpa. do remind me how they differ from pi space. i keep forgetting.
