1, If the number of IPv6 PI slots allocated reaches a certain level then the policy should be immediatly reviewed; The number of the IPv6 PI slots allocated must not exceed the numbers of the LIRs in the regions; however, a lower limit would be also fine for me.
That is not how the policy development process works. Anybody can submit a policy proposal at any time. We don't define specific points in time or arbitrary numbers at which we do policy reviews or changes. On the other hand: such a change is not needed. You can initiate such a review yourself at any time you want. This mailing list is always available for discussing/reviewing policies. We will make sure that we will have reports from the RIPE NCC to use as the basis for this. The line about routability applies to all address space, not only PI space. A warning about this is already included in the existing policy text. Thanks, Sander Steffann
