Since we're talking about drafts, not standards, perhaps something like this should be taken in consideration reviewing a new version of the draft. We've wasted enough IPv6 space in standards already, IMNSHO.

As a lurker in the ipv6-wg list I was going to offer something like that (though less constructive than Remco's message). Notwithstanding the mind-boggling size of IPv6 address space, giving every ISP a copy of the entire IPv4 address space for their 6rd customers doesn't look to me as though it would scale well; it's certainly not going to make efficient use of the assigned space.
