So, in essence, you would rather do NOTHING than accept the proposal, which at least - at the moment - significantly increases cost for IP-traders, while at the same time giving us additional time to come up with a better solution (which probably takes another year to come up with, discuss, optimize, and pass)? Why don't you enlighten us how you would improve 2015-1 in order to prevent abuse of the current policy? If you have any good ideas, I believe all of the people on the list would appreciate any constructive input? -garry
