I am not convinced mild pressure would suffice. AFAIU, any entity using PI space would need to renumber once they migrate to PA space. As we are already pre-selected on entities doing sub-assignments, there is additional pain involved. The perceived benefit by the entity which was allocated PI space of now being in compliance might not quite outweigh said pain. Richard
