(And no, as far as things go, it does not look like the community will agree on anything here - one side sees real problems in the addressing hijack realm and considers that important to have spend a number of years in building a technical solution to that, while the other side sees that as a minor nuisance compared to the percieved dangers of a government doing bad things. How can you ever agree?)
How can the "risk" of the government being minimized or limited? Or maybe being build in such a way that its not easy/possible for government to do damange?
