Do you have the data to split these numbers across two tables, one with 1st assignment to new registrants and one with extensions?
As this table concerns PI space, the vast majority of holders have only a single assignment. Therefore almost all of these concern new registrants. Best regards, Alex Le Heux RIPE NCC
