Jftr,
Let me see, in the current RIPE allocation list*, there is a school at 2001:4b20::/32 consisting of basically two buildings, there is a registrar at 2001:4b98::/32, who do not do hosting I guess. And there are a really large number of "ISP's" who really do not have more than 2 19" racks worth of equipment.
I really wonder why people are complaining that they can't get a prefix. Really, if you are not able to become LIR, and get a prefix, while they quite apparently can, then you should simply quit change your job IMHO.
I've asked the school; they are no end-site, they provide ISP services for swiss schools.
I wonder why I could then only find two buildings in that place and why SWITCH (www.switch.ch) is already doing it for the rest of the universities and schools in Switzerland ;) Greets, Jeroen
