[address-policy-wg] Decision on 2024-02 (IPv6 Initial Allocations /28 and extension to /28) Discussion Phase

Dear Address Policy WG, The proposers have decided to prepare an updated proposal, taking account of the feedback provided during the most recent Discussion Phase. A new Discussion Phase will start when their new proposal is available on the website.
