Except you're wrong, conservation is still a goal, and depletion is not done (otherwise I think we would have CEO suicide records a bit everywhere). According to the "math" I read in another list, with the current policies last /8 full depletion could take more than 10 years. It won't, for sure, but this and survival of the weakest will depend on the way we change these policies today and for the time dual stack will still be necessary.
Fair distribution isn't a task anymore, the primairy task keeping the registry correct.
