Ok, it has changed and I did not notice it. By the way this is TERRIBLE English. Parentheses are no substitute for clear language.
Unfortunately, too many of us are not english native speakers. So we *do* welcome textual improvements during the policy development process...
People from Northern European countries often write better English than native speakers do. In any case, the word "English" has too many meanings and is ambiguous.
