The chairs have convened, and come to the conclusion that we do not
have had enough input yet.

We've heard a few voices on the list that state "this proposal is good,
go forward with it".  We've heard a few voices at the RIPE meeting that
wanted "something else" - of those, only Jordi has made it to the list,
and the resonance to his alternative was not met with unanimous support
either (Elvis wants it, Nick opposes it, no other clear statements on
that aspects).

Max has brought up the topic at DENOG9 last week, to elicit more people into
adding input into this discussion - which would be helpful in evaluating
(rough) consensus.

Thus, we've decided that we will extent the review period by four weeks.

Marco will send the formal announcement early next week.
