Dear Colleagues, The proposal 2012-03, "Intra-RIR transfer policy proposal" has been withdrawn. Reason for withdrawal: The proposer was against needs justification and had initially proposed a 24 month justification period out of a desire for compatibility with the policies of other RIRs. The proposer views the ongoing policy proposal 2013-03 "No Need - Post-Depletion Reality Adjustment and Cleanup" as being more in line with their views.
