Looks fine to me. It's about time we get this one out the door. +1 [I do have some editorial gripes, but I'll let those slide for now, as there's a unified resource transfer policy proposal on the horizon that will hopefully clean up those as well.] Tore

Hi, I like the latest version of the policy proposal and appreciate the fact that it is now (probably) compatible with ARIN's need-based transfer policy. I fully support it. Kind regards, Elvis On 16/01/15 14:49, Marco Schmidt wrote:

Dear AP WG, the review phase for 2014-05 has ended. While this proposal has taken quite a while to come to a conclusion, we seem to have quite strong support and no opposition now - nine persons spoke up in support of the proposal, and no other comments of any sort have been received. So, I declare we have consensus, and move 2014-05 to Last Call. Marco will send the formal announcement for that in the next days. For reference, a list of people that voiced support or opposition (or something else) in the previous review phase is appended below. This is what I have based my decision on. If you disagree with my interpretation of what has been said and the conclusion I have drawn from it, please let us know. Hello working group, The last call period for proposal 2014-05 (Policy for Inter-RIR Transfers of Internet Resources) has ended. In this phase no new feedback has been sent to the working group and the working group chairs have therefore concluded that the consensus as previously announced (see below) still stands. We ask the RIPE NCC to go ahead and implement this policy. Cheers, Your working group chairs Gert & Sander
