Hi James, (just doing some cleanup here) I don't think there's going to be a clash between this and a special resources for IXes proposal (although it's hard to be sure since it hasn't been published yet :) I would suggest that if a proposal to that extent is going to be put forward, it will be done quickly, and keeps the final /8 pool in mind. This proposal merely clarifies which space belongs in that pool.
