I want to point out a technicality that came up in an offline discussion about this proposal. The actual *text* to be changed is in conflict with the text introduced (but not yet policy) of 2007-01. The idea behind the proposal is *not* in conflict with 2007-01. So a bit of "sequential processing" is needed - the specific wording for this proposal will need to be adapted if 2007-01 becomes policy in the meantime. But first of all, let's hear your thoughts about the idea behind this. Greetings! I support this proposal. I definitely want (g|cc)TLD operators to have an opportunity to increase resilience by setting up multiple anycasting clouds. And I think that the actual anycast address space spent for this will not even approach the "worst case" prediction - equivalent of slightly over /15 additional space. If I am wrong and it would get wide spread to fill up the /15, it is worth for that in my opinion. Best regards, Tomas Filiz Yilmaz wrote:
