report address policy violation
Hi: I know a RIPE member with an unused ipv4 /20 block not used in the last 2 years and i'm wondering if that's a RIPE community policy violation. I checked https://www.ripe.net/ripe/docs/current-ripe-documents/ripe-policiesbut i still have doubts if it is accepted or not. Best regards

If it's an allocation, it's not a violation. There is no clause about returning allocations if you don't meet your growth estimates. gert -- have you enabled IPv6 on something today...?
