This webinar, developed in collaboration with the RIPE Anti-Abuse Working Group, offers an introduction to network abuse and abuse report handling. Participants will gain insights into:

-The importance and added value of abuse management
-Setting up and operating an effective abuse desk
-Best practices for the abuse report handling process

Prerequisites:
-Basic knowledge of networks and Internet functionality
-Familiarity with IP, ASN, and domains

After this webinar, you will be able to:
-Analyse types of network abuse on the Internet
-Understand the role of abuse handling in maintaining Internet stability
-Utilise skills and technologies to automate Abuse Desk processes
