If enough LIRs give me 50 EUR/month, I can hire a few students who will sit there all day waiting for confirmation requests and dutifully do (as humans) what they are expected to do. You do not seem to be willing to listen: what you propose is sheer and uncalled-for extra annoyance for the vast majority of LIRs, and will do *nothing* to improve abuse handling. All it will do is ensure that someone wastes a few minutes of human lifetime on your challenge. And *that* can be nicely outsourced.
