Pierre Are you taking about LIRs ? Or are you simply talking about IP assignments? ie. if LIR X allocated a block of IPs to one of their customers? If the LIR's data is invalid then I'd probably raise the issue with RIPE, but if it's an assignment by a LIR to a customer then I suspect you need to talk to the LIR ..
