[cooperation-wg] European Commission seeks feedback on NIS2 draft implementing act

Colleagues and members, Please note that the European Commission has released the draft implementing regulation under NIS2 detailing cybersecurity risk-management measures (Art. 21.2) and definitions and thresholds for "significant incidents" (Art.23.3). The draft is open for feedback until July 25: https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/better-regulation/have-your-say/initiatives/14...
