Cooperation Working Group Draft Agenda for RIPE 90

The WG chairs have received a lot of excellent suggestions for presentations, so we thank you for your all your ideas and your willingness to contribute. A smallish change, but with implications on multiple points on the agenda: we are making the vulnerable infrastructure piece 5 minutes longer, and adding a (5-minute) quick summary of the lightning talk by David Belson about the effects of the power outage in Spain & Portugal.
