Can I suggest that this be posted on ncc-announce also? I'm sure the level of "partnership" with LEAs is of interest to the wider membership beyond the subscribers of anti-abuse-wg.

We work together to shape the agenda, making sure it has relevance to the LEAs, and NCA also helps to make sure the relevant agencies receive an invitation.
