[db-wg] whois update service was paused

Dear Colleagues,

Yesterday, we deployed several bug fixes for the whois server software.
The fixes should improve ORGANISATION object name handling.

During the work, the whois update service was paused for around two
hours. We apologise for the inconvenience.
