[db-wg] public password issues

Hi All There was a lot of talk about the MNTNER with a public password during the last RIPE Meeting. Everyone agreed that something needs to be done, but there has been little discussion since. I have written an article on RIPE Labs summarising a few of the issues and added some thoughts about them.
