whois -v option.

      Dear Colleagues,

A new version of the C client for whois is available at

ftp://ftp.ripe.net/tools/ripe-whois-tools-2.2.tar.gz

Thanks to Steven Bakker for the patch.  However, the problem
appears to be system dependent as I never had a core dump with
"whois -t xyz" or "whois -v abc".
