whois -h whois.ripe.net -r -i mnt-by MAINT-RGNET used to get me all the objects i maintain. but it seems not to. what am i doing wrongly this time? Maybe such a simple thing as using a whoisclient that bothers about flags, try whois -h whois.ripe.net -- "-r -i mnt-by MAINT-RGNET"
