[db-wg] bug fix release 1.74.1 deployed

Dear colleagues, After the deployment of RIPE Database software release 1.74, a bug was found affecting the NRTM service. This has been fixed in a bug release 1.74.1 that was deployed to production today. If you do not use the NRTM service then this does not affect you.
