Hi Dennis, I noted that there seems to be a general replacement rule in place here: +7 0yy xxxxxxx -> +7 4yy xxxxxxx However, this is not the case for Kaliningrad: +7 011 xxxxxxx -> +7 401 xxxxxxx Is that the usual exception to the rule ;-) or a real typo or something? Cheers, -C.
