Smallest IPv4 allocation size (in the RIPE region)?
As I understand it, IPv4 route announcement smaller than a /24 do not propagate very well, if at all. I have thus been surprised to see the following blocks listed separately as "allocated" in the daily "stats" file for RIPE. Can anyone explain to me why these small IPv4 blocks are listed in there separately?
