The RIPE-Meetings are open for everybody.
Open for the ones with big pockets, right.
(or read the minutes, which are open on the web)
See my response to Sabine Dolderer. Give me URL to any information about this massive action somewhere on www.ripe.net. I can't find any.
I just found notices in the open available protocols www.centr.org/meetings/#technical Look at the 2nd & 3rd meeting/workshop Additionally I found an Action to the RIPE Chair in the minutes of RIPE 33 which was September last year. TLD-33.2 [Chair] Initiate discussion of issues arising around domain objects in RIPE database. Some discussion has taken place between interested parties, especially RIPE-NCC, CENTR and certain registries. Transferred to CENTR, for decision during next week (beginning 27 September 1999). I have not checked all documents but there should be more hints Regards Sabine
Best regards, Daniel

Thanx for the pointers!
www.centr.org/meetings/#technical
Oh, so no advance infos on www.denic.de and www.ripe.net. Instead, somewhere deep down in some protocols on the CENTR site.
Look at the 2nd & 3rd meeting/workshop
2nd contains just TOPs and 3rd only a small paragraph (4.3) on the topic.
Additionally I found an Action to the RIPE Chair in the minutes of RIPE 33 which was September last year.
Yep, this one got overlooked. But only just a referral again:

Hints, yes. But nowhere the "big master plan" as published on at least (according to my information) on hostmaster-l. Where can we find publicly accessible information about DENIC's plans on own person handles (DENIC-<memberID>-<handle>) and implementation? How does DENIC keep up PGP-grade security for domain resellers on their contact object data?
