Fine; that means that RIPE's options are limited to bugging the assignee or revoking the grant of space. Seems somewhat crippled to me, but that's a RIPE-internal problem (if it's a problem at all).

RIPE-internal ? RIR-internal more likely... Do you know any large RIR that does more to handle abuse ? I'm not saying that the actual system is perfect (or even good), but can you tell us which better system you know ? Sincerely, Philippe Bourcier
