I am not convinced that this survey is the way to show why the work on a code of conduct is important.
Frankly, it seems somewhat irresponsible to send this out to tens of thousands of people without any consultation with the task force at
diversity@ripe.net. I can see numerous issues with this communication and action, and would've preferred it to not have happened at all. This seems like a mistake.
