They don't, sorry. I wrongfully interpreted our stats (100% of encrypted traffic in and out gmail.com) and Google's Transparency Report (https://transparencyreport.google.com/safer-email/overview?hl=en). They seem to use opportunistic encryption, not DANE. 

That said, since their encryption levels are beyond 90% inbound and outbound, if/when they turn on DANE, it will be very interesting.

DANE was already mainstream due to Gmail and to german providers, but adding MS is indeed substantial.
