Fernando, thanks for producing such an comprehensive document. There's a lot to digest.... I've taken a quick scan through the document. My first impression is that it tries to do everything for everyone. So it might not have enough focus to help those who need help. :-( It's not clear who the document is aimed at. Some of it seems to be for policy makers. Some looks to be for naive DNS administrators. I wonder if it might be best to try and seperate the policy and implementation stuff? ie The WG gets two documents out of you for the price of one. :-) Your document is a good step in the right direction and I very much welcome this contribution. Has anyone else on the list got something to say about this? I look forward to a healthy discussion on this list and at the WG next week. I'll read the document more carefully over the weekend and follow up with detailed comments later.
