The State Administration of Communication of Ukraine (SAC) has appointed the Ukrainian Network Information Center (UANIC) to administration ENUM in Ukraine. This delegation allow Ukrainian Network Information Center (UANIC) to conduct testing of ENUM-enabled technologies in Ukraine based on a techinical specification approved by SAC.
