Hi Jan,
To re-state what I said on the mike during the IPv6 WG meeting: ----- I'm already a BCOP TF co-chair and I have no idea how would co-chairing two groups work, but in case of *lack* of good candidates I suspect we might make it work somehow and I could also serve as a co-chair of IPv6 WG - but please consider other better candidates/volunteers first. -----
You already doing ISOC, Go6.si, RIPE PC, RIPE BCOP, working on RIPE-554bis, working on the IPv6 document for helpdesks and probably so many other wonderful things to promote IPv6. Make sure you can handle the workload. We don't want to lose you because of burnout! ;-)
Cheers, and thank you for making so much your scarce time available to this community! Sander
Hey, You are probably right, but your (and other similar comments that I received during the week) makes me think that I did not clearly enough stated, that I'm volunteering as a backup, "gateway last resort" - in case nobody else (or too less people) volunteers. But now we've got 3 very good candidates - Jen, Dave and Benedikt - and I think we should rotate them in. Cheers, Jan
