According to IANA: http://www.iana.org/assignments/ipv6-unicast-address-assignments They are ARIN space. According to ARIN(*1) it is RIPE space. According to RIPE, it is AFRINIC. What needs to be fixed here? The IANA allocs or something else? Also it would be nice of course if ARIN directly pointed to AFRINIC instead of making AFRINIC the little sister of RIPE. 2001:970::/32 and 2001:4300::/32 are also AFRINIC now, before they where from the RIPE region, but the IANA file doesn't reflect this. The delegated-afrinic-latest indicates AFRINIC now, which is a bit odd.
