[mat-wg] improvements to our data on Google BigQuery

Hi, Last year we announced that we're publishing RIPE Atlas measurement data on Google BigQuery. That's still the case, and we're making it better. We've outlined the changes here: https://labs.ripe.net/author/stephen_strowes/improvements-to-the-ripe-atlas-... Two main takeaways: we are now also publishing probe metadata, and we are sharing the ability to parse and query DNS results without leaving the platform.
