Dear RIPE NCC members,

On behalf of our Executive Board, I invite you to register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) October 2026.

You can register now at:

You must register by 14:00 (UTC+2) on the day of the GM.

The General Meeting will take place from 28-30 October 2026 at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia in Bulgaria alongside the RIPE 93 Meeting, and will also be online.

Members can join the meeting:
- In person at the hotel
- Remotely via Meetecho
- By following a livestream

Eligible members who have registered will be able to vote online using the Assembly Voting platform.

By registering, you can attend, join in discussions and vote on key decisions that shape the RIPE NCC. The GM also provides members with an opportunity to hear about the operations and activities of the RIPE NCC, with reports from the RIPE NCC Executive Board and Management.

At the upcoming GM, members will vote on resolutions affecting the governance of the RIPE NCC and discuss the Draft Activity Plan and Budget 2027.
