Dear members, The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) September 2012 takes place this Wednesday, 26 September at 18:00 in the Okura Hotel Amsterdam. Registration ------------ You can register to attend the meeting until 16:00 on Wednesday: http://www.ripe.net/gm-sept2012/registration All those who register to attend can pick up their meeting packs from the GM Registration Desk at the Okura from 10:00-16:00 UTC +2 on Wednesday. Those who will vote using paper ballots can also pick up their voting cards during this time. Electronic Voting ----------------- All members should have received an invitation to vote electronically on the GM resolutions. The deadline to register for electronic voting is tomorrow, 25 September, at 14:00 UTC +2. If you wish to register for electronic voting, you must register in the BigPulse system using the link in the email invitation. You must the email <agm@ripe.net> with a copy of your photographic identification to confirm your registration. If you sent identification for a previous GM, you do not need to send it again. You just need to inform <agm@ripe.net> that you sent your ID previously. Remote Participation -------------------- Members can participate remotely by following the web stream and using the chat facility at the following address: http://www.ripe.net/lir-services/ncc/gm/september-2012/webstream/ The password to access the chat facility will be sent to all members on Wednesday. Charging Scheme Resolutions --------------------------- RIPE NCC members will vote on the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2013 at the General Meeting. Three Charging Scheme options will be presented to the membership.
