On behalf of our Executive Board, I invite you to register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2026.

You must register by 14:00 (UTC+1) on the day of the GM, 20 May 2026.

The General Meeting will take place from 20 - 22 May 2026 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, alongside the RIPE 92 Meeting, and will also be online.

Members can join the meeting:
- In person at the meeting venue
- Remotely via Meetecho
- By following a livestream
- By voting online

Voting on resolutions and the Executive Board election will be online using the Assembly Voting platform.

By registering, you can attend, join in discussions and vote on key decisions and elections that shape the RIPE NCC. The GM also provides members with an opportunity to hear about the operations and activities of the RIPE NCC, with reports from the RIPE NCC Executive Board and Management.

At the upcoming GM, members will vote on:
- The Executive Board Election to fill the three seats currently filled by Maria Häll, Raymond Jetten and Harald A. Summa
- Charging Scheme Models
- Appointment of arbiters to the Arbiters Panel
- Adoption of the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2025
- Discharge of the RIPE NCC Executive Board
