[ncc-announce] [news] Voluntary Registry Lock Now Available in the LIR Portal

Dear colleagues, Following from our email on 19 December [1], we have now finished implementation of a new 'voluntary registry lock' feature in the LIR Portal. This feature is intended for any members or End Users who are concerned that they might be forced to transfer their IP addresses to another party due to threats or coercion.
