Dear Colleagues, To ensure that the RIPE NCC continues to meet its members' needs, the RIPE NCC will launch its 2008 RIPE NCC Membership Survey this week. The RIPE NCC has commissioned the industry market research firm, TNS NIPO, to conduct this independent survey. On Wednesday, 15 October 2008, an email with a link to the 2008 Membership Survey will be sent to the LIR contact email address provided for each LIR. The survey can only be completed by following the instructions in the email. We ask that you please take the time to read the email and complete the survey. The survey will remain available until Friday, 14 November 2008. The goal of the survey is to give all members the opportunity to voice their opinions and provide input on the RIPE NCC and the services it offers. This feedback will be used to help the RIPE NCC evaluate its current operations and plan future services and developments. TNS NIPO will conduct the 2008 RIPE NCC Membership Survey independently from the RIPE NCC. All individual responses will go directly to TNS NIPO and will remain anonymous to the RIPE NCC. If you have not received an email linking to the survey by 16 October 2008, then please email your LIR contact details to <ncc@ripe.net> with "Membership Survey" in the subject line to request that the survey be sent to you.
