Dear RIPE NCC members,

The draft agenda for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) May 2026 is now available at:
https://www.ripe.net/membership/gm/meetings/may-2026/agenda/

We also provide a system that allows members to propose agenda topics and associated resolutions for the upcoming GM. Until 6 May, members can propose resolutions which will need the support of 394 members.

You can find the agenda proposal system at:
https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/member-proposals/

The supporting documents for the meeting, including two Charging Scheme 2027 models to be voted on, the RIPE NCC Annual Report 2025 and the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2025, will be published soon.

An election will also be held at this GM to fill three seats on the RIPE NCC Executive Board. The deadline to nominate a candidate is Wednesday, 29 April.

You can see the current list of nominees and candidates, and find out how to nominate or become a candidate, at:
https://www.ripe.net/s/gm/may-2026/exec-board-election/

There’s also still time to register for the GM - it can be done quickly and easily via the LIR Portal:
https://my.ripe.net/#/meetings/active

Registered attendees can attend in person and remotely through the meeting platform Meetecho, watch a livestream and vote online.

If you have a question or comment you’d like to raise at the GM, please email it to agm@ripe.net to help ensure an efficient meeting.

We hope to see you there.

Kind regards,
Karla Liddle-White
