[GM] RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2018: Registration Open
Dear colleagues, On behalf of our Executive Board, I invite you to register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) May 2018. The GM will take place from 16-18 May 2018 in the Palais du Pharo in Marseille, adjacent to the RIPE 76 Meeting. Full remote participation is available for those of you who want to vote remotely and take part in discussions. You can register now at: https://www.ripe.net/s/gm-registration-may-2018 The GM is where RIPE NCC members can discuss the operations and activities of the RIPE NCC. At the upcoming GM, RIPE NCC members will discuss: - The RIPE NCC Financial Report 2017 (to be voted on) - The RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2019 (to be voted on) - Reports from the RIPE NCC Executive Board and RIPE NCC Management - Discharge of the RIPE NCC Executive Board with regard to its actions as they appear from the Annual Report 2017 (to be voted on) - Approval of RIPE NCC Arbiter Panel appointments (to be voted on) - Election to fill two seats on the RIPE NCC Executive Board All supporting documents will be posted and announced to the membership by 4 April 2018. All organisations with voting rights will receive an invitation to vote electronically. Registration for electronic voting will remain open until 16:00 UTC+2 on the day of the GM, 16 May 2018.
