Dear colleagues, There are only two weeks left until the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) September 2012 in Amsterdam. The agenda for the GM has now been finalised: http://www.ripe.net/lir-services/ncc/gm/september-2012/agenda Charging Scheme 2013 Resolutions -------------------------------- The RIPE NCC Executive Board is proposing three Charging Scheme options for the membership to consider and vote on at the GM. The options can be summarised as follows: Option A – Under this option, there are no categories and every LIR pays the same fee Option B – This is the option supported by the Executive Board in which the majority of members pay the same fee. It also incorporates the recommendations of the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme Task Force Option C – Based on the current Charging Scheme model with modifications to the billing score algorithm to include IPv6 and remove the separate charge for AS Numbers Draft Activity Plan and Budget 2013 ----------------------------------- Based on feedback from the membership, the Executive Board has provided a document that combines the RIPE NCC Activity Plan and Budget and gives much greater detail on the services that the RIPE NCC carries out for the benefit of its members and the RIPE community. All members should by now have received an invitation to register to vote at the GM. A further invitation will be sent to all those who have yet to register to vote. The Board asks that all members unable to attend the GM register to vote electronically.
