Dear members, The Draft RIPE NCC Activity Plan and Budget 2024 is now available for your review at: https://www.ripe.net/draft-activity-plan-budget-2024 In this document, you can learn about our plans for next year and shape the direction we take as an organisation. This year, we have added a section at the beginning of the document to highlight how we are working to reduce our operating costs and streamline our work without impacting the quality of our services, in line with feedback received from members and to reflect a tighter budget with a total of 2M EUR cost savings compared to this year's budget. Please read it and share any feedback on <members-discuss@ripe.net>. The document will be discussed at the General Meeting (GM) alongside RIPE 87 on Wednesday, 29 November 2023. The Executive Board will consider all feedback on our activities before approving the final version that will be published in December 2023.
